Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness work out on the tennis court. Cardio Tennis has limited instruction as the emphasis is on keeping your heart rate up. Cardio classes consist of approximately 40% drill-based workout and 60% game-based work out. Cardio Tennis is for all skill levels.
