Sharpen your tennis skills and get a great workout at the same time

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness work out on the tennis court. Cardio Tennis has limited instruction as the emphasis is on keeping your heart rate up. Cardio classes consist of approximately 30% drill-based workout and 70% game-based work out. Cardio Tennis is for all skill levels.
